Please observe the following Etiquette and Policies to ensure each of my guests enjoy a wonderful experience.

With COVID19 our Governor has placed other rules and regulations we have to follow.

Please stay in your vehicle and text or call when you arrive for your appointment and I will let you know when I am ready for you.

Our Governor is requiring everyone to wear a mask when entering studio. If you have underlying health conditions you are not required to wear one.

HIPPA prevents me from asking so I will assume if you are not wearing a mask, you have an underlying health condition. Masks are allowed to be removed during treatment but will need to be put back on when leaving studio.

Upon entering you will be asked to use hand sanitizer and fill out a COVID19 form before entering treatment room.


Clients are not allowed to bring guests at this time as per Governor rules.


Reception area is not allowed to be used (no sitting on furniture) also per Governor’s rules.

No WALK-INS are allowed as per Governor’s rules.


Kris’ Skincare operates BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and all patrons or clients will need to make appointments to enter the studio.

Please refrain from bringing young children to the studio. Due to potentially hazardous chemicals, expensive equipment and the size of the studio, it is best to make other arrangements for children during treatment times.

Kris’ Skincare reserves the right to reschedule your treatment time and charge for the cancelled treatment time.

Kris’ Skincare is a Clinical Skin Revision studio and will not be held responsible for accidents or injury, to, caused by, unsupervised children.

Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment, call or text when you arrive and we will let you know when we are ready for you to enter. New guests may be asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled treatment time to allow time to fill out a consultation form and medical questionnaire designed with your well being in mind. Updating your information on a regular basis is also important.

I accept Cash, Debit, Discover, MasterCard, VISA and American Express. Credit card purchases over $200 will be charged a 3.5% transaction fee. *Prices are subject to change.

Exchanges/Returns - All gift cards and pre-paid services are transferable but not refundable . Sale items, makeup, bath and body products, aromatherapy oils, etc...are FINAL SALE.

Sanitation and Sterilization - Sanitation and Disinfection are extremely important at Kris’ Skincare. I use hospital grade disinfectant and virucides to thoroughly clean and disinfect all equipment, tools, bed linens, wraps and towels. Any item that cannot be disinfected or sterilized is thrown away after use.

Series of Treatments Return Policy - Unfortunately I am unable to reimburse any payment transaction on a series of treatments that was purchased. I will exchange them for other treatments or studio service of equal or lesser value.

Healthcare and Medical Information is collected in order to ensure a safe and healthy environment for my clients. Some medical issues and allergens could have contraindications for certain services and products. You may update your health information annually or if there has been a change since your last treatment. ALL services require a detailed consultation or treatment will not be performed.

Life happens and sometimes we run a bit behind, unfortunately late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment time so that the treatment of the next guest is not delayed. Please understand that I cannot adjust treatment pricing for reduced treatment timed due to late arrivals. After 15 minutes your scheduled treatment time will be cancelled, or rescheduled with applicable charge’s.

A 24 HOUR ADVANCED NOTICE IS NEEDED FOR ALL TREATMENT CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULES OR THEY WILL SUBJECT TO 50% OF SCHEDULED TREATMENT COST.


ALL NO-SHOWS and LESS THEN 24 HOUR NOTICE WILL BE SUBJECT TO 100% CHARGE OF MISSED TREATMENT TIME. CREDIT CARDS ARE REQUIRED TO SECURE TREATMENT TIME.
